Gien Oiseaux de Paradis Dinnerware

The Gien Oiseaux de Paradis Dinnerware Collection has motifs of traditional Chinese porcelain on French faience. Designed by Jacques Olerys for Gien in the eighteenth century, the main theme of this dinnerware is a colorful bird set against a backdrop of flora. The wave-shaped, hand-painted rim on the plates and bowls provides this exotic garden with an elegant frame.
