Store Policies

ORDER CONFIRMATION.  Order confirmations are immediately sent to the email address you provide at the time of order placement. If upon placing your order online you don't receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at (847) 518-1232. For your security, Yvonne Estelle's does not keep credit card information on file. Since we do not store credit card information, payments are processed to your credit card within 24 hours of order placement to reserve inventory.

 

RETURN POLICY.  You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding Gift Cards, Special Orders, bath/body products, Holiday products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts, and sleeping pillows. All sales are final and non-returnable on Gift Cards, Special Orders (see below), bath/body products, Holiday products, fabric, furniture, sale items, duvet inserts (down or synthetic), and sleeping pillows (down or synthetic). All sales are final 14 days after you receive the item(s).

Gift Cards. Yvonne Estelle's offers you the ability to order electronic Gift Cards.  All gift cards are a final sale.  Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded after order placement.  Gift cards cannot be converted to cash back.

Free/Complimentary Shipping Promotion. Yvonne Estelle's offers free/complimentary shipping on many items/orders. If you return an authorized item that was shipped to you with this offer, you will receive a refund for the item minus a 12% restocking fee.

Special Orders. Yvonne Estelle's offers you the ability to special order products that are not stocked in our shop. All special order items are marked at the top of the product description in green italics. As special orders are items specifically ordered for you at your request, payment is processed at time of order placement and the order is immediately made with the manufacturer. Special orders are shipped to you as soon as they are available from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, after 24 hours of order placement, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund; all sales are final on special order items after 24 hours of order placement, and special order items are not returnable. Product Images and Colors.  We do our very best to represent our products thru images and descriptions.  However, exact color, luminosity, and feel cannot be replicated digitally.  The settings on your monitor or device, product dye lot variances, and even your room’s lighting can make an item look different from when you view the product online. Therefore, these variations are expected and will not be considered a defect or false advertising, and are not a reason for the return of a Special Order item. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To make a return or exchange, simply call or email us within 14 days of receipt of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All returned packages require a RAN and must arrive to our store within 10 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization Number. Authorized returns must be unused, in its original condition, and original unopened packaging with all factory labels attached and come from a smoke free environment.

Authorized returns will receive a refund processed in the manner in which the order was processed.  Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and items shipped with free/complimentary shipping will incur a 12% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Once we receive your authorized return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. If we receive a return without a Return Authorization Number, or it arrives after 10 days of issuing the RAN, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, or is not in its original packaging, no refund will be processed and your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. You should ship your package to the address below via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage; Yvonne Estelle's is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items.

SALES TAX.  A sales tax rate of 10.0% will be added to all orders shipped to an Illinois address. For those customers purchasing from Yvonne Estelle's and shipping to a non-Illinois address, we do not collect sales or use taxes for those states. For those states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation; your purchase may not be exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Yvonne Estelle's assumes no liability for those taxes. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

 

SHIPPING. Yvonne Estelle's does not ship outside the USA and due to increased fraudulent activity, we no longer accept orders where the transactions are placed outside the USA to ship the an address within the USA.

In-stock items are usually shipped in 3-5 business days. However, fluctuating inventory levels in our Retail Store and with our vendors may cause a temporary shipping delay.  If an item is not available for immediate shipment, you will be emailed with an estimated ship date and your order will be shipped as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer. Lead times for many of our vendors are estimated to be 2-3 weeks due to the significant transportation delays and US customs delays.  Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  Items ordered together may not ship together. Once your order ships, you'll be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking link so you know when to expect delivery

Yvonne Estelle's provides estimated shipping dates on each order based on average order times from our manufacturers and/or fluctuating inventory levels in our retail store.  Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that incur additional shipping times (i.e., manufacturers experiencing a backup in production or we have a temporary back order). If this occurs, Yvonne Estelle's will contact you as soon as we are made aware that a delay exists.

All orders with an original value of $500 or more are shipped with a signature required.

Free/Complimentary Shipping Promotion.  Yvonne Estelle's Free/Complimentary Shipping is for Ground Shipping for an order over $150.00 to one address within the continental United States. Shipping and handling charges and taxes do not apply toward the purchase requirement for free shipping. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping charge based on the actual weight and size of the package(s). Shipping charges will be emailed to you after your order placement for confirmation before your order is processed.  Free/Complementary Shipping Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Offer is not valid on previous purchases. Offer is not valid with any other offer.

Shipping Damage. All shipments from Yvonne Estelle's are well packed and shipped insured. We trust that your order arrives safely. Please check all items in your shipment for shipping damage. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, keep all original shipping materials and cartons and email us (please include images of damage) at customercare@yvonne-estelles.com within 7 days of receipt of the shipment (please note, this is the window the shipping carrier has for filing claims). Upon verification of damage, we will file a claim and replace the damaged item.  Due to shipping carrier claim requirements, we cannot accept damage notification after 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
