Vietri Aladdin Antique Pastry Server

TheVietri Aladdin Antique Pastry Server features an antiqued silver plate lattice with elegant pearlized handles, and 18/10 stainless steel.  Made by Bugatti in Lumezzane, Italy.

• Acrylic Handles - Slabs of raw Italian material are first cut into long strips, and artisans shave the material to obtain smoothness and shine. The strips are then cut and carved into the handle's shape. Next, the handles are sanded and the pieces are rolled in a mixing machine with pumice, plaster, and water to create a shined handle. Afterwards, the handles are polished by rolling in a tumbler with small beads for 24 hours before they are then assembled.  No two handles will be identical.  This is considered part of the beauty of the flatware.

CARE:  Dishwasher safe to a maximum of 130°F. Use a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent and use the air dry cycle.  Do not use the high heat or sanitizer setting on your dishwasher.  Do not let your flatware soak in water.  Do not use the abrasive side of your sponge on the metal or the handle.  Dry flatware with a soft towel immediately after washing to prevent mineral or stain buildup and streaking. Do not leave acrylic handled flatware in the sun for a long period of time.  If small stains appear on the blades, they can be removed with white vinegar.
